Laurie Miller Studied in Eastern Philosophies, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Regression, Nutrition, Meditation and so much more she received her first certification to teach at 20 and was given the spiritual name of Krishna Devi. Some may know Laurie as one of the original members and creators of the 80’s pop-hit group EXPOSE´. Since then, Laurie has had the opportunity to share Yoga with the many singers,dancers and entertainers that she has had the pleasure of knowing and working with along with practicing and studying a variety of styles and practices that she has combined into ONE. |

Caroline's was introduced to yoga by her mother at a young age of fourteen. After graduating high school she went off to the Kripalu Institute in Massachustes to receive her 200-hour certification under the guidance of Michael Carroll (Yoganand). She has studied Yin Yoga, restorative yoga and Thai Yoga massage. She leads a playful practice that cultivates strength, grace and awareness. Be prepared to sweat, breath, smile, challenge yourself and let go of judgments, tension and expectations! |

Miriam Lach's class is an integral experience that combines movement, breath and balance to get the student in touch with his true nature. By challenging the body with a Vinyasa Flow practice, Miriam helps her students release tension and cleanse their bodies. She follows the sequence with a series of stretches to allow a deep connection with the deepest emotions stored in the body. |

Lisa completed Just Breathe Yoga's RYT200 teacher training. In addition to yoga, she studied movement and breathing techniques including: The Alexander Technique, The Williamson Technique, and the work of master vocal coach Kristin Linklater. She teaches a mixed level heated vinyasa flow class, meaning a series of movements deeply connected to the sound and feeling of the breath in your body. The heat allows for the breath to drop in even deeper, however please keep in mind this is not a 'Bikram Yoga' class, which is substantially hotter. Lisa focuses on releasing tension throughout the body, with a special focus on the jaw and muscles in the face, which are strongly connected to holding patterns in our diaphragm muscle. But most of all, she is known for her exciting playlists! Please join us for a graceful, fun, class providing you with a safe space to grow & strengthen your practice. With almost a decade of experience in the practice of yoga, Lia Janoff, attempts to combine several styles of Hatha Yoga to create a practice that stimulate both the physical (Anna Maya) and the energy (Prana Maya) Koshas. Her class focuses on balancing the Chakras (the energy centers in the body) through master poses to leave you feeling healthier and more balanced. Beginners are very welcome and intermediate and advanced students are challenged through safe variations. |

My name is Marina, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist recently graduated in March of 2010 from Florida College of Natural Health. While in school I was one of seven students chosen to intern with Mela Theraputics, Inc and BOMMARITO PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS during their 2010 NFL Combine Prep Training. I had the privilege to work on some of the top ranked athletes in the NFL, in conjunction with a team of some of the most highly accredited professionals in the field of sports medicine. |
